SHIPPING POLICY

CRAIG GREEN ships orders from the United Kingdom to selected destinations worldwide.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, selected European destinations, North America and selected international destinations. Available shipping destinations are determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. If a shipping option is not available for your destination at checkout, we are currently unable to deliver to that location. Our available shipping destinations may be updated from time to time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery destination and are displayed at checkout before an order is completed.
Our current standard shipping charges are:

Shipping to certain international destinations may cost up to £100, depending on the destination.
The applicable shipping charge and any complimentary shipping threshold will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Duties and Taxes
Product prices displayed on the CRAIG GREEN website include applicable UK VAT where relevant. For international orders, CRAIG GREEN ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Where applicable, import duties and taxes are handled as part of the delivery process so that customers should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- North America: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and circumstances outside our control. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed as soon as possible following confirmation of payment.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
International Deliveries
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. These procedures may occasionally result in delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information and, where required by local customs authorities, may be asked by the carrier to provide additional identification or information necessary to complete customs clearance.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided when placing an order is complete and accurate. If you notice an error in your delivery information after placing an order, please contact info@craig-green.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact info@craig-green.com quoting your order number.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Where an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided, required customs information has not been supplied, or delivery has been refused, the order may be returned to us. Any refund due in these circumstances may be reduced by reasonable shipping, return shipping, customs or other charges incurred by CRAIG GREEN, where permitted by applicable law.
